weeping eczema treatment
i have bad ezecama on my ears and now scalp. i have had homeopathic treatment. but no money for anymore.?
the homeopathic treatment was working but unable to continue. any other ideas..? sometimes on my ears it weeps. is tis eczema..?
I suffer with mild eczema around my nose and forehead and use emollient cream most days (Cetraben) – this keeps it moist and subtle without the area drying out….and does improve it. However I have another cream that contains steroid (mild) – this is only used on bad days, if I’m run down or ill since its during this time my eczema becomes more of a problem. I also find just skimping for one day without cleansing the area can bring about inflammation.
There are products on the market that moisturises scalps, however if you’re sure it is eczema then I would advise you to visit your doctor to see what medication can be used on your scalp.
The cream I use, depending where you are, is purchased from Sainsbury and the steriod base cream is from my doctor.
