What can I use for my dogs problem…?
What can i use for dry SUPER flakey skin on my golden retriever husky mix? Do they have anything at petco or something like that or is it going to coast me a trip to the vet?
how old is the dog
- is this a new condition
- do you bring the dog to a groomer or take care yourself
- did you change shampoos
- when was the last time the dog was bathed
- have you started any new medication (e.g. heartworm, etc.)

Gonna ask some questions first:
- how old is the dog
- is this a new condition
- do you bring the dog to a groomer or take care yourself
- did you change shampoos
- when was the last time the dog was bathed
- have you started any new medication (e.g. heartworm, etc.)
Just trying to establish this can be treated without vet intervention, but I would not wait too long before going to the vet if the dog is uncomfortable.
