I feel lousy. If I pour salt in my bath water it will help my eczema?

I'll second Andrew D – sea salt and Epsom salts will dry skin even more. And eczema is dry skin to rash. You have to start using a heavy cream for moisterize with – my recommendation: cetaphil, Aqua is, or heavy cream (better than lotion – Really stick to the skin) without the fragrance, color, non-clogging, etc … The great thing is that you must keep your skin well well moisterized.
