What advice can I give my twin sister?
My twin sister has a 3-year. old with microcephaly (small brain disease associated with Down's Syndrome) & she is hyperactive. Plus, she has a 1-year. old who shouts a lot from being itchy due to eczema & he just got pneumonia. & She has a newborn baby who was in the NICU, & she just had a C-section & her husband left her to move 16 hours. away to go live with his mother & he keeps calling her, playing mind games with her. He is a dead-beat dad. I am 18 hours. away from her, and she has no one to help her. I can not physically help her because of my mental disability with my fear & my medicine makes me unsure. Also, I'm far away & not have the money to help her. She too exhausted & Worried about having a mental breakdown because she can not handle 3-years. old's hyperactivity.
Is it possible to move closer to you. You would be surprised about how your metal disbility would be helped when you help a sister you love so much. There are social services that will help her economically, because she has children with disabilities. Someone needs to talk to her about contraception. Three children under three years is too much. Please get her contraception and social services help children and bring her close to your home for help.
