Terribly eczema / skin – scratch loads at night. HELP?
I have terrible eczema atm. My scalp is all flaky & behind my ears and my neck is relieved if I massage it. It started on my forearms now, I've been using oilatum and sudocrem, drink plently of water, take vitamins and drink nettle tea, which apparently is good for skin. I scratch all the time at night But so mcuh so I bleed .. by the time I wake up its too late. I never feel like itching of the day unless I stressed or something has irritated me. Just need tips on how not to scratch the night. Its just embarrassing me and getting me down, and with summer coming up I can not wear the things I want. Please help.
