mangosteen juice eczema
What is it with Mangosteen juice?
Nothing against the product XanGo containing Mangosteen juice, but it has a lot of other fruit juices added, so you do not know how much mangosteen is in it. I found a product called Mangosteen 100 that has 100% pure Mangosteen without additives. It puree of rind and interior white fleshy part, so before you drink it, you have to shake it up every time. Anyway, I read the back label and it said to only drink fluids once on an empty stomach 1-3 times daily. I drink it 2-3 times a day and always on an empty stomach. I've heard it's good for chronic back pain that I have because of a herniated disc in my lower part of the back, but the main reason I take it because I read it takes eliminate eczema and psoriasis, one or both of which I have on my whole face. I've read statements that their skin condition had cleared up completely after only 5 days and I'm on my 6th days and have not noticed a difference. If I should be using it on my face locally? Thank you.
From bit of research I have done, it seems Mangosteen is full of antioxidants, which help the body absorb other vitamins, which in turn help to stimulate the immune system. If so, can Mangosteen not be necessary. You can get antioxidants, minerals and vitamins from dark leafy vegetables and other veggies …. and maybe a good liquid multi-vitamin also (if in liquid form, the body can absorb better) Subject psoriasis, yes, my fiance has the same state and there is only one things you can do OTC and it's up keep. Gently exfoliate 3-4 times a week and then use Cetaphil every morning and Aquifer every night before bedtime. You can find these products at most kiosks. Hope that helps.
