I want soft hands that will last all day?
My hands are so rough and dry. I am embarrassed to let anyone keep them because of the appreciable difference. I exfoliate daily with a homemade scrub but it only lasts about an hour give or take. I use olive oil and sugar, so I rinse with a moisturizing soap and then conclude with cocoa butter, vaseline, but there is no improvement. I also suffer from eczema and keratosis pilaris so I think that aides in the roughness of my hands. Some proposals tips, similar experiences? Have someone go from rough hands, soft hands? Thank you.
use coconut oil or palm oil. rub it into your hands, while they are wet.
