homemade eczema lotion
any homemade lotion for very dry itchy skin?

My children have dry itchy skin in winter months (not eczema) and want to try to make some homemade creams

Place banana and papaya, peach or avocado in blender and puree. Remove from blender and apply to areas of skin, which is dry, itchy and / or scaly. Allow to remain on the skin area for 30 minutes. Rinse the area well with warm water. After washing, apply coconut oil or vegetable oil to the area for an extra moisturizer

  • Dan, I love this post! I really recommend homemade eczema creams!! They helped me to relieve my dyshidrotic eczema and facial eczema and cost a fraction of over the counter eczema creams! I have put some more natural eczema cream treatments for dyshidrotic eczema here – Dyshidrotic Eczema :) !
