Eczema is a chronic, inflammatory skin disease that can not be cured. But with proper treatment and lifestyle changes, eczema can be controlled. Investigations were carried out and the result was that the U.S. has the largest number of sick of eczema. It seems there are about 17.4 million patients.
Because of some external factors, atopic dermatitis will come and go. The cause of eczema is unknown, but seems it appears due to abnormal reaction in the body immune system. Itching and scratching is in fact the inflammatory response to irritants.
Healing lesions as soon as possible is very important for people having eczema
We should mention that this condition is not contagious. Although eczema is not curable with treatment and prevention of triggers, this condition may be good managed for most of the patients.
