What sebum would my eczema best benefit? I'm currently using the pill form of Linseed Oil as well.
Actually I would use tea tree oil diluted with almond or jojoba oil. Tea tree oil is an anti-fungal and anti-bacterial, which will help heal your skin. Make sure that if it dries out to keep it moistened with a hypoallergenic lotion or cream.
