Who is at risk of vaccine injury?

I hope someone may know the answer or where to find them! I wanted to find info on who is at risk for vaccine injury? I heard that people with parents / siblings, or even have asthma, eczema, etc., are in danger … is this correct? Even my youngest DD has had reactions after each set of shots, the first was bruising, the second and third was very red and swollen for several days at the injection site. None of my older two had reactions like this (I know some redness are common, but it was not the norm). Should this be a warning sign? Define your source! Thanks for your help!
