eczema nose bleeds

What could be the reason for my excessive bleeding?
I have eczema and when I scratch my legs leaving cuts, cuts not deep, there just a surface cut, and they do not bleed very long. Then scabs over and I scratch my legs again and scab can get scratched, but they are small not than one mm * 2, but when I scratch it from the sometimes can bleed for up to 45 minutes and bleeds up to 2.5 ml of blood I know it does not look like a lot, but for size of the cut is. I also when I was younger I used to get nose bleeds often took a long time to stop. I do not know what this could be, and I is a little worried, but not enough to go to the doctor. Any help? I havn't taken aspirin before? I havn't taken aspirin before
