I have eczema, what can I do?
Hello. I have eczema and I know it never leaves for good, but I need to find a way to get rid of it in a while. Lotion and cortisone dont work for me, ive tried aquaphor which stopped peeling, but the spots are still red and itchy. I need things there are medicated or natural ingredients, have all had a good experience with a product they can tell me about? Its my senior year and I need to get rid of this eczema. Thank you.
I have struggled in the past for short periods of time and the best thing for me was any kind of natural oil. You can buy vitamin E oil at Wal-Mart for a very cheap, and it is good for it. Also, try to stay out of water or moisture. Have a dehumidifier in your home also helps.
