eczema looks like burn

7 months old has bad eczema flared recently when an e tooth appeared, I am still breastfeeding. Any advice pls?
Eczema since 5 months old began to use "as a glove" and "Kerri lotion 'plus bath twice a day using" QV wash. " Eczema started walking. She was ill two weeks ago, high temps made it flare then use the same routine and used only prescribed cortisone cream twice and it almost completely disappeared. So begins difficulties made the flare across her face, neck, joints of the limbs and the rash appeared on her chest. Her neck looks burned. It's terrible for her. She cries and last is just sleep and cuddle all day. She is normally active and always smile! I'm worried for her. When it was gone I was so happy. She was back to his normal self, but it did not last long. A lot of people stare. Can I do anything diet-wise? I can not give her firm, when it is bad, but it might be something I eating?
One of the things that caused my son's eczema to flare up, was washing him too often. When I began to bathe him every 3-4 days, and just using a wash cloth on the other days, his skin was a lot less dry and irritated. When your daughter is teething, spitting, she dribbles is very hard on her skin and it can certainly cause eczema to flare again. One thing I found very useful was to use the same lanolin ointment, I had spent on my nipples when they cracked when I started to breastfeed – it is safe to use on baby's skin is not poisonous, so they can chew their fingers even if it is there and it works as a moisture barrier to stop eczema is irritated. I used fire "Lansinoh" I'm sure there are others. Regarding diet, the only thing that caused problems in the first game was some of the more acidic fruits, which it is suggested you avoid feeding babies for at least 12 months anyway – oranges and other citrus fruits, strawberries, that sort of thing. Also avoid giving her fruit juice. Your diet should not affect her eczema. It may be useful for her to have solid, even when her eczema is bad – the better fed and more solid she is, the less likely she will be to get upset, which will help keep her from getting hot and bothered. Good luck in managing eczema – and remember that they often grow out of it! My son is 21 months now and have not had a flare-up since he was about 12 months. Keep my fingers crossed for you!
