HELP! Weird rash on my arms and thighs!?

I have eczema, it alletgries, what is it, im gonna see a doctor so im just looking for some advice in advance thanks!

I would look into it right away … hope it helps. To prove this … greatly reduce the detergent, washing in hot or warm water setting for your washing machine. rash will go away for a few days after you stop irritating to the skin with the bad chemicals.
