Linseed Pills & Multivitamins?
I always take a multivitamin daily [Women One day] and I recently, last month started to take flaxseed oil capsules because of the different services that I have heard about it. I have problem skin [eczema and acne], so I thought it would be a good add to my regimen to help out. but when I first started taking it I was doing ok and then I started getting these small red bumps on my cheeks, Just a couple of patches. I'm not sure if this is happening because of the flax seed or something else. this can happen, because I take flax seed and my multivitamin at the same time? I literally take both, one after the other, you're not supposed to do this? please help!
You can take them along for sure. Listen oil is awesome for your skin, but you may be allergic to them or red marks, your body may get rid of impurities. You should stop and see if they go away. As a substitute you can try extra virgin olive oil on salads, borage oil capsules and Evening Primrose capsules. It is the fatty acids and natural vitamin E are all those that help the skin. You can also try to dilute a few drops of tea tree oil in olive oil in a non-food bowl, because tea tree oil is not for internal use. Tea tree oil is anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, so it is used for althetes foot and ringworm, too. Now has a strong smell I really like, but it burns a bit, then begins slowly to be sure that you are not allergic to it and dilute it even more of you use it on the surface because it burns a little and do not touch your eyes and / or using a cotton applicator mixing and use if you wish.
