eczema ear canal
Is it just an ear infection due to eczema?
My ear has closed up and is very itchy down to the channel bit, I can not scratch it because of swollenness, and in the back and underside of the ear is also closed, it hurts like mad, I can not do things like spit toothpaste out of my mouth or chew without being in complete agony with my ears moving (because the top of the jaw is so close to them) as well. There is alo a buzzing noise in my ear, but sometimes it's more a stamping noise as if someone is marching in my ear. This morning I woke up to something that seeps out of your ear, I do not know what it was, but it quickly dried up around my ears. I ask here instead of my doctor because I've had this on several occasions and have just put it down to an ear infection, probably caused by eczema, yet I have had about 5 different medicines oinments and other things and it has not worked, I've had it since Friday and it just seems to get worse instead of better.

My right ear has a signifiocant hearing loss, but I dont feel it much longer. Go toyour Doctor ASAP. Good luck:)) x ps In England, I use something called Otomize ear spray. Dont know, where you are, but look that up on google. its magical things, two syringes and the pain goes and ytour ear clears up overnight. Their condition is otitis externa of the road.
