eczema dryer sheets

My skin is very slowly moving constantly, you would know why?
First I have very dry skin calls eczema. I'm trying to understand why I have all these problems. The question I want to know is 1 Helps to change your sheets every other day? 2. What to use in the shower. Right now user a round blue thingy. + Should I use the kind of soap? 3. Creams, What types should I use. I found when using some, I get pimples all spots I put it on. Like my face has a hole 1000 of the whole because of acne / very dry skin. Because of this, my face / holes fill with puss or something similar. So my question is what would work to fill the gaps / keep away pimples. Thank you for your time signing Matthew
1) Not for dry skin / eczema. Nothing perfumey and fragrant will be good for your skin. 2) A very mild soap (perhaps as an oatmeal based one) and cloth. On your eczema spots I would not use soap at all. 3) Aveno creams are good. But only to have your arms and legs. For your face, you need to find a good NOT oily cream just for your face. You should be able to find this in the regular creams, but you need a type for your body and your face, a non oily cream made of faces. Oh yah – Just so you know, winter is soo much worse for dry skin, so there may be the reason you are bothered by it more now. I know that my skin has been a pain lately.
