ear canal eczema

Lymph nodes – Any way to get them to drain faster?
I have a problem with eczema in my ear canal. I use steroids, but this time of year, although that does not control it completely. What happens is that the fluid then drains down into my lymph nodes and swells and makes my ear and the side of my face hurt anything. I've had this happen before and it's just annoying. My doctor gave me antibiotics because it had developed into an infection. He quit practicing at the clinic I go to and saw a new doctor wanted to see me. I know it will go away on its own. I just want this to happen faster! So does anyone know how you get these darn things to drain quicker to take pressure off my nerves, so pain stops? My doctor already told me that unless it feels hot, it's just drainage, not infected.
Yes there is, but you need a rebounder (small trampoline basically). Jogging on a trampoline for even a short time each day will help to empty your lymph nodes. Alternatively, there is a technique called lymphatic pump, which you can research, but it requires a second person to assist you as you can not do it correctly on your own. The trampoline is the best way to go, then you can do it yourself and it takes nothing to learn
Hope it helps & it becomes better soon!
