dyshidrotic eczema palms

How can I relieve Dyshidrotic eczema on hands and feet?
I have a mild case (compared to the pictures I see) … of Dyshidrotic Eczema on the palm of my hands for the most part and the side of my left foot. It itches and stings a little. What can I get at a local pharmacy (nonprescript) that will help to get rid of this or at least minimize the itching and mild pain? I'm 28 and this is the first time I ever had this.
I had eczema, which was ill a few years ago. Now is not that bad, and it comes back now and then. But it is only when I do not use Gold Bond. It works amazingly! Try it, the whole not only on the hands and feet. It is strong and will keep your skin extremely soft!
