dry skin eczema
I have severe dry skin with eczema. What can I do to cure it?
My skin is really ashy, tight and ecezma exposed. It sucks up conditioner like a sponge, but can not be damp for more than 10 minutes. It is dry, rough and discolored from ecezema. I really dont know what to do.can u help me please? My ezema is also hereditary. my other parent struggled psorisis but I dont have it.
You may need to work inside and out. Start taking a lot of healthy fats such as butter, virgin coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, cod liver oil, linseed (mixed with cottage cheese and / or yoghurt), etc. Your body will get much more out of internal fat than anything else. So long as you avoid unhealthy things like sugar, gluten in cereals, etc. Possibly even milk, which may be one prime allergy problem and some even have eczema it. Someone here suggested using coconut oil on the skin (real coconut oil) and it is a really good suggestion. Low fat or no fat, is one of the most stupid modern fads of all time. The only fats you should avoid is the hydrogenated vegetable fats and trans fats. We need fat, so much of our body, the brain is made up of it, and it is extremely necessary, as long as it is the correct form.
