I have a strange rash on legs …?

Hello everyone. I have a bad rash on both my feet. The rash is on the back and inside My calves broadly. I've dealt with eczema and psoriasis my whole life, so I'm sure it must be one or the other. But it just got really bad over the past few months, precisely in that part. The itch and it is red and tender. I've tried the following, all of which will not work: the first All Aveeno – Body Wash, lotion, oatmeal baths. 2nd Derma Rest ointments third Cortisone anti-itch creams. Idk what to do, but I can not go to the dr because I do not have health insurance now. I open to all suggestions as long as they are serious! Thank you so much. : /
