Chocolate or cocoa, also known as "food of the gods" were widely used by Aztec and Mayan civilizations both as a solution and a form of currency.

We can all taste of what the Aztecs and Mayans tasted and we will always be grateful for their cultivation of the beloved and sacred cacao beans.
