Any ideas on an elimination diet for breastfeeding my child who has eczema?

Hello. My dear 5 months old has bad eczema on the 'folder "In the diaper region, the thigh and breast region. I am breastfeeding exclusively. Has anyone ever tried a diet while breastfeeding, which helped to eliminate or at least improve eczema of her child? I have tried to eliminate dairy, but so far not much has changed. Thank you.
