black soap eczema

okay, so today I went to the oriental store to buy food, but this lady has proposed me to use this kind of soap. box says skin whitening soap. I do not have white people looking skin, I am mixed with black <Puerto Rican <and Filipino. So my skin color isn't white <ITS MORE OF a light brown <VERY Light Brown. my face is two different colors (because I have eczema) and I wanted to know what this soap too. If I use it, it would really make my skin white? I dont want my skin to turn white. please help me, because I do not want to ruin my skin more than it already is. ps the soap called Lika papaya. and it is made in the Philippines. Please Help
please dont use it. you have very sensitive skin that only a dermatologist to treat. not some crazy foreign soap!
