baby red cheeks eczema

What does my baby have?
My son is 4 1 / 2 months old. His cheeks were Rosey whole day yesterday. Today it has spread to the chin and one cheek is redder than the other. They also feel hot to the touch (just the red zone) and a little dry. He has no fever but is sneezing a little more. He seems quite healthy self. No other symptoms. Should I be worried? Does my son has eczema? What should I do? Doctor's offices are closed until Tuesday! Help!
My daughter's cheeks are like that when she's teething problems (I have no idea why!) Could he possibly be teething problems? She also has mild eczema. Just put 1% hydrocoritsone cream, or some thick cream like Eucrin or Aveeno on it.
