Help with infant eczema?

My 4 month old has been diagnosed to have eczema on her back and shoulders (and very dry skin on Her arms and legs as well). Initially the doctor told us Aquafor and it did absolutely nothing. So I tried the new Aveeno that is supposedly good for eczema (as told on the bottle). Nothing. After going to a dermatologist, he prescribed a cortisone cream, very low dose, which we could use for two weeks. After two weeks, it was back to the same as was. So I started using Weleda (a natural brand that contains calendula) and it seemed to help a bit, but she is still so dry. I want to put cream on every hour it's no wonder. Has anyone used something quite natural (no oil please) that worked well for eczema? I just want to give my poor little girl's rescue.

my son had the same prob. I do not use anything on him now. No soap no cream. I use only very mild laundry soap and rinse extra.when I give my child a bath, I just use water, although his hair. It has really helped.
